GYM CLOTHING
Fashion incorporated into my Summer Body project- AskyourGirl & Terrtag.com T-shirts, Topshop & Nike Leggings, Nike Rifts, Adidas tracksuits will be worn by the Team. it's vital that you wear comfitable clothing, breathable materials and the correct footwear to avoid any accidents! Heels on the treadmill just does not cut it!

This consist of me going to the Gym and maintaining a healthy lifestyle over the next couple months. All in preparation for the hot weather that is coming our way! I want to be able to put on my bikini, sit on the beach and be fully confident. MISSION NOT IMPOSSIBLE!!!
I have been going every other day with my 'SBP Team' Just so you know I am the only female in the project but this is beneficial as the guys really do push me hard. This consist of my brother Theo, My friend Sheldon & Model RomeoValentino (follow him on twitter Romeovmodel)
Its important to go to the gym regularly as young females, Maintain a healthy body and mind. Even though i am already a dress Size 10 I feel that its more about the maintenance and keeping my body toned and feminine. I am 25 years old, many describe me as slim BUT i don't take it for granted- I too watch what i eat, you can't guarantee the metabolism is going to remain fast throughout life, its just not a good enough excuse.
Like a few others i despise drinking H2o i think its disgusting but during my SBJ project i am trying to drink at least a litre a day to help flush my kidneys and help me survive my workout. Been going well so far! My Mantra is EVIAN is my friend! I like my clothes to fit perfect i don't want no bulges and flesh showing in awkward places. I like to buy my size and if alterations needed its because of the garment NOT ME!
WORKOUT DETAILS
I have been doing a minimum of 2 hours at the gym which is broken down to a 5 minute stretch warm up, 15 min power walk, 15 min run on the treadmill. Then on to the machines for 1 hour working on Lateral pulls, seated assisted dips. Then 15 min on free weight exercises then the final 15-20 on mat exercises such as lunges, crunches, sit ups, press ups etc then finally a 5 min warm down. Ok thats over 2 hours but you get the point.
I will keep you posted on my progress, so far so good its been 2 weeks and my energy levels have increased and i feel more toned in areas than i did before.
